Community Wellness & Safety of Arizona

This place is horrible!!! I was referred to by my college My fingerprint card got rejected and marked with a big X acrossed it due to the fact it was incomplete even though the fingerprint technician said it was complete and even put it in my envelope and guided me to fill out my application then add that to my packet When calling this location in addition to public safety and my college expressing all that has happened I basically was told it is not their (Community Wellness & Safety of Arizona's) responsibility to check the boxes to make sure they are filled out even though I specifically asked Bethany because I was unsure myself They made me fill it out prior to rolling my prints then checked it for me They basically told me I need to go back and pay again At this point I will not be giving them further service and denied going as I will also let Maricopa Community College know of this poor service and that is should not be a recommended place
