Review: I was dissatisfied with my haircut due to the stylist not cutting it the way that I asked or to the length that I asked (she cut too much off and it could not be further fixed- I did not want to go any shorter than it already was), and the business would not refund or discount for the improper haircut. I was publicly humiliated on the open salon floor in front of other customers by the owner saying I was being ridiculous and he could not do anything if I did not want it cut any shorter "You will grow it back..." he and the other stylists said. I was confronted by 3 different hair stylists who were all making excuses as to why I should not get a refund. "It looks fine" they said- as I said "It is not your hair. I do not like it."They also left a large line of highlight in my hair (only in one main spot) and could also not fix. They tried to re-highlighting the area but the streak was still obvious. I was so upset that they would not refund my money for the poor haircut that I refused to let them complete the hair color touch up and left.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund for my haircut and color ($115) due to the major mess up on the haircut, and the streaked highlight. I originally asked for the haircut ONLY, but I ask for the full refund now through the Revdex.com due to the disgusting customer service I had with the owner himself. I have never been bullied into leaving a business, nor have I ever asked for any money back anywhere. I was truly humiliated by this owner and its workers.

As per our converastion, we tried to correct [redacted]'s complaint, however she became belligerent upon our attempts. She raised her voice and threw around multiple profanities in front of our other customers as she stormed out of the salon. We were very willing to correct the service before the scene that she caused.
