I am rejecting this response because: I think it is very sad when a company does not stand behind their promises of how good they are and then cover themselves with the above explanationYou can rest assured that I will do everything in my power to discourage any person from using any of your services By the way, I find it strange you stated in the first paragraph that you were unable to respond to my complaint due to the lack of information, but in the second paragraph you acknowledge assisting me Is this not double talk? My letter did have a return address on it, but you didn't have the decency to replyI rate your business as "VERY BAD" along with your employees who I had any contact with

*** *** Dear Comodo, After trying for many hours for several days to remove your program off of my computer (which kept reinstalling itself after I uninstalled it), including sending you company a message through *** *** (a program under Comodo) support, and calling *** *** Support - and having them both not help me, but only try to sell me their service, I found a free program *** *** *** that completely removed Comodo and *** *** off of my computerI think your business practices are unethical!*** ***

our technical staff was unable at the end to fix your computer.  It is important to mention that they do everything within their ability to try to assist customers.  As you mentioned in your letter, more than 1 technical support staff tried to assist you.However, as stated in our End User License Agreement (EULA) in section 2.1 the technical support services "do not cover restoration services, repair services, lost or expected profits, lost or corrupted data, lost or deleted work, or lost or damaged personal files.  You shall (1) obtain and pay for all equipment and third-party services required to use and receive the Services and (2) be responsible for all content on both your computer and network.We also suggest that you review section 7 covering the Warranty and Limitations.  We do not provide any guarantee on the technical services provided.  A copy of our EULA can be found here: https://www.comodo.com/repository/eula/EULA-[redacted].pdfAs far as the requested refund, our EULA states in section 6.6 that "Upon termination, you shall cease using the Services and delete all copies of the related Software.
