Where to begin? I bought a Versa Note in the Fall of Before buying the vehicle numerous promises were made ensuring that I would be happy with the vehicle and that I would be accommodated when I needed service (As I live in a different town and have to catch the ferries to get to the nearest dealership) The first issue that arose came directly after getting the undercoating put on my Note at the dealershipThey assured me they would have no problem applying the coating even though it would be a few weeks before I could have it appliedAfter I get the undercoating and return home I begin noticing that my car is now squeaking every time it goes over a bumpI have to travel back to get my car inspectedThey tell me they fixed the problem and that the sway bar needed an adjustment After I return home I realize the problem wasn't fixed and that the squeaking is still thereI call them to complain and they tell me I have to go back over so they can look at the EXACT same problem that they claimed they already fixedI decided to take my Note to a different dealership to have the issue looked atThey fix my car and the squeaking is gone I get in contact with Comox Valley Nissan and set up an appointmentThey said they would send a courtesy car over on the ferries to switch me cars in order to fix it and would return my vehicle when it was fixed After a few days I receive a phone call from the Manager and he tells me that I have to go over there and pay for my own costsI'm Furious at this point and let him know how displeased I am with him and the service that I have been receivingHe said he will get back to me in a FEW DAYS and he will see what he can doTWO WEEKS go by and I don't receive any word from them I reluctantly set up an appointment to get my car looked atThey look at it and tell me there is no issue with my undercoating and I'm left to pay for the cost of the trip on my own
