I purchased a desktop computer from this company on December of The computer came with an stolen Windows license ! week into having the computer, every time I turned it on it showed a message saying that there was not a valid license windows software installed and that I should buy one I took the computer back to the owner of the company and explained the situation and asked for a refund He refused to give me the refunded, so I ended up with no computer and out of $

I had brought my macbook pro in for repairThere was a problem with the screenThey told me they'd order the parts and it should be done in a couple days when the part comes inWell, they had my computer for almost months and nothingWhen I asked about the hold up they told me that the part hadn't been ordered or they were sent the wrong oneI dont know, they gave me the run around every time I calledThey said they would call me back with an answer and I would get nothingI also had a quite difficult time getting a refund also as I had to buy the screenPersonally, I think [redacted] (the owner) takes people money and uses that to refund another customer [redacted] never would cop to his mistake of ordering the wrong parts, would always pass the blame to the techs or his secretary while they tell me he's the one that orders the parts This place needs to be shut down and their license taken away [redacted] is a con-man and will say anything to get you to pay upTerrible business practices and I also had a hard time looking up a business license for the company or him, just a registered fictitious name, I would really like to say something to the labor board about this guy

I took the computer back to the owner of the company and explained the situation and asked for a refund. He refused to give me the refunded, so I ended up with no computer and out of $320.

I had brought my macbook pro in for repair. There was a problem with the screen. They told me they'd order the parts and it should be done in a couple days when the part comes in. Well, they had my computer for almost 2 months and nothing. When I asked about the hold up they told me that the part hadn't been ordered or they were sent the wrong one. I dont know, they gave me the run around every time I called. They said they would call me back with an answer and I would get nothing. I also had a quite difficult time getting a refund also as I had to buy the screen. Personally, I think [redacted] (the owner) takes people money and uses that to refund another customer.
