I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
The company gave absolutely no offer of resolution, and I reject this nonaction.
I had no messages on my phone whatsoever. That is why I assumed the company had decided not to complete the work.
My phone number and my email address were available. If my daughter's phone was called, my phone was not. I was not in the area, and had no knowledge of whether they called her or not.
My central contention is that the company did not call all available numbers, nor did they email me.
They let weeks go by before finally calling me, and were surprised that I had called someone else to fix the appliance.

Upon diagnosis, there was found to be only 120 volts at the electrical outlet. I checked it with a meter and showed it to the customer. 240 volts is required to run the dryer. I suggested to the customer that it could either be at the electrical box or in the electrical wiring and she should call an...

The customer said she would call a friend and have it checked. We have called the customer again to advise that we would be happy to re-check the dryer and that if it is found to still be an electrical issue she would be responsible for the charges; however if there was an issue with the dryer, we would stand behind our labor warranty. As of today, the customer has not responded.If the customer needs service, please ask them to call us.
