I am rejecting this response because: they didn't provide treatment rinsed his ears and gave him a shot of benedryl I took him to a real vet they charged me and said they're script wasn't good that they needed to exam my animal I should at least be refunded the medicine they couldn't fill

Mr*** has submitted a complaint that he is disappointed in the care provided to his cat “Milton” and that he is looking for a financial resolution to the situation Mr*** does not provide any specific or reasonable explanation for what he thinks was done inappropriately
Companion Animal Specialty & Emergency Hospital is a 24hr specialty and emergency hospital They presented to our Emergency Hospital at approximately 3:00am on 12/8/ Only a few hours after Mr*** was seen at our facility he sent an email to our general hospital email address with a complaint We attempted to speak with him by phone that same day but he did not return our phone call.We had made a phone call to his primary number, which we had on record, within a few hours of receiving his email, and a voice message was left for him to contact management directly However, at the same time he sent an email to us, he posted several very negative reviews online about our business Without taking any time to speak directly with us regarding his concerns, Mr*** made a significant effort to damage our reputation online We would have been happy to discuss any legitimate complaints or concerns that he had regarding the care of his pet, however, we were not given any time or opportunity to do so.In response to the complaint itself, we are uncertain what was not done or done inappropriately In the statement/complaint it is clear that proper diagnostics were performed in a timely fashion and they provided a diagnosis of an ear infection composed of mites, bacteria and yeast The ears were cleaned and medication was started in hospital with the goal of providing some initial relief A prescription for what the doctor considered to be an appropriate medication was given This prescription could be filled at a local pharmacy, a primary veterinary hospital or through an online pharmacy Writing a prescription for a medication that is not commonly used in hospital is an appropriate and practice Mr*** complains that he was told we do everything This was achieved by performing proper diagnostics and treatments and then providing a prescription for the appropriate medication The ear infection and mite infestation didn't happen overnight and resolving the problem would take more than a few hours as well This time was not given.If Mr*** had returned our phone call and given some time for us to discuss and consider his concerns I am confident a rapid resolution, and more importantly, an understanding of why Milton was treated as he was, would have been achieved It is our practice to recheck patients, at no charge, within a reasonable period of time, if the patient is not improving with our initial treatment recommendations We would have been happy to recheck Milton and to give other options, if able, and if given the opportunity Rather than communicating with us in a reasonable manner Mr*** opted to make and damaging comments online This did not provide us an opportunity or means to help “Milton” I am confident that the Revdex.com will find that we provided appropriate services and have acted in good faith If Mr*** would like to discuss this situation further, following the removal of all misleading reviews, we would be happy to do so

He refused to speak with us or remove the libelous postings.  He gave us no ability to rectify any complaint and he continued to defame us on line.  We have reasonable evidence that he received a free exam and the exact medication that we prescribed. He continued to post defamatory statements online, instead of trying to work with us. We feel we have made reasonable efforts to rectify this situation. We feel the Revdex.com will find that we made reasonable efforts as well.
