and the requirements are for purchase of 6,or of the liter bottles; 6,or of the 750ml or 1lt bottlesThe consumer submitted a receipt for bottles at cents each which is well below the suggested retail price of these bottlesSo we verified with the retailer Garden Fresh Market who advised this purchase was for bottles of the 187ml size bottlesSince this size was not included in the offer the rebate was declined by the fulfillment houseWe also note that the consumer submitted two upc from the correct 750ml size but they did not correspond to the purchase receiptFurther, the offer requires UPC's from 750s which meant that this submission was also out of complianceIn either way we looked at the situation, the consumer did not comply with the requirements for this offerHowever, we appreciate our loyal customers and would like him to be satisfied so we will gladly provide him with the $rebate if he will contact the call center again and provide this case number ***These notes will be in that case and any agent can issue the check.*** *** *** *** **
