Waiting to finish the last room the other contractor was working in I admit our policy is to finish what ever cleaning we accept within our posted policies and written agreements and reasonable expectationsHowever, exactly how long was my cleaner suppose to stay and wait for another contractor to finish doing what seemed to be taking an extraordinary amount of time to finish? I sure hope that Mr [redacted] is not requesting a full refund when my cleaner was in his home for over (4) hours and was not allowed to complete her assignment in a reasonable amount of time because of undisclosed necessary information that Mr [redacted] neglected to tell me about when we were making the booking arrangementsIf Mr [redacted] had told me that he would have other work going on that would delay and/or prevent us from doing our job, WE would have never agreed to clean his home!! Companion Maids is great! I had them clean my bedroom condoI was able to book the appointment online, Thomas, the owner was responsive to the few questions I had, and the two ladies they sent did a great job
