I had a reserved time for them to pick up my mom and take her to her doctor's appointment (she is confined to a wheelchair)I called the day before to confirm the timeThey did a "no show" and "no call"I called and talked to the owner and told him how upset I wasHe offered no apology or accommodation to ease my painHe even said it was a "people business" and things like this happenI was blown away with the dreadful customer service
