Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2016/02/23) */ Contact Name and Title: [redacted] the owner Contact Phone: XXX-XXX-XXXX Contact Email: [redacted] @hotmail.com ist time we fixed the clutch and slave and slave master was on 05-30-the car was picked upon 06-03- we replaced the clutch master and slave under warranty months later 01-06-the car was picked up on 01-13-there was no charge a little while later the roll pin worked its way loose at the shifter on top of transmission most likely because shifter stick on top of transmission had ware on 2-01-car came back in the shifter stick on top of the transmission was broken off we called and told customer we would need to drop transmission out of the car to see if we could drill a new hole lower on the stick to connect shifter to top of transmission we fould a low milage transmission to put in the car we had to wait for the transmission to be pulled and shipped from salvage yard at this time we had a record flood and salvage yard got cut off dew to high water took a few days for the water to go down to get part here the times that the car was fixed under warranty was dew to a part fail not on the install and we covered parts and labor far as smoke in the car all my guys have worked for me a long time the one that smokes knows not to smoke in customer cars I do no the same time that car was in here with the rain and cold weather we did have some spring jobs that we cut out of trucks that have rubber and neoprene grommets we use a torch on them and they do let off a lot of smoke we try to blow the smoke out with fans if that is the case we have a ozone spry that will remove that smell and we be happy to spray it
