I am responding regarding Revdex.com complaint ID ***.From speaking to the customer on the phone she explained that the price adjustment issue was resolved that day for her in the store.I explained that I was calling to apologize and in an effort to gain more insight into what occurred so that we
could ensure that it not happen again.From what she explained she had instances where she tried to purchase something on sale that did not ring up as suchI explained that we have recently made a push on running a lot more specials in the store and seeing that we have over 10,SKUs in the store at times things can slip through the cracksShe also stated that she purchased some biscuits that had expiredI explained that this must have been a rotation issue and if ever this should occur she should be given a full refund.She expressed satisfaction in knowing that her complaints were heard and that we were actively involved in trying to remedy these issues.Sincerely,*** ***Stop and Compare Markets
