I exclusively interacted with the owner Chuck *** who showed up at my house to evaluate the hail-damaged siding project and spent half an hour making the right noises: boasting about his Stanford degree, how he likes small houses, etcHe was also genuinely surprised to hear that someone had given a positive review for him to meI think I now know the reason for his surprise
More than a month passed since Chuck's visit and I didn't hear back anything: no estimate, no emails, nothing! I reached out to him and got a response o the second attempt saying that his business was too big for small jobs like mine! When I asked why he was acting up at this late stage when he had known about the job size all along, his exact words in reply were: "Do whatever you want: I don't care!"
So here I am, still with an unfinished job owing to Chuck ***'s and Compass Home Improvements and Remodeling's unprofessional behaviorI hope others learn from my terrible experience
