Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:
They are not admitting the fact that they tried to rip me off from the beginning and made the conversation in the situation very tiringI had small children left unsupervised because I had to argue this non-senseWhat else was I supposed to do but wanting him gone out of my house ASAP! Charging that lazy work for $per hour plus $for parts is the beginning of this disputeTheir trying to solve the issue for me was a jokeThey made me settle for what they wanted because I had to return to my children and I didn't have all day to argue and most importantly I did not have my husband homeNo moral what so ever!

The verbal estimate was for 3-hours of work including possibility of opening the drywall inside the houseHe just changed faucet which would take less than minutes for a skilled workerI did not receive any kind of work estimate or how much they charge for an hourWithout any kind of complicated work, he still charged me the estimate spoken.
When I was asked to name the price, the plumber said his owner told him not to take any lower than $300, which was still a ridiculous amount for the work he didI was emotionally drained by the bad service and I just wanted him goneThis is how I happened to pay the amount.
The plumber did everything he could to kill time to charge moreHe even said he worked 1/hours but that time it was not even unto hours yet.
I was watching the plumber the whole time he was sitting around in his van, talking on the phone, and putting his tools very slowly.
He said his company does not offer military discount.
Telling me that his work is $is non-sense and $for the parts was just a plain joke.
The plumber was simply taking advantage of a mom with kids without husband in the house.
They did not offer any clear estimateThey are blunt oppotunitists who change price of service depending on who they think is easy to rip off
Over all don't you think it is just ridiculous even asking to name the price??? If I didn't give him that much money he would have refused to leaveAgain I have small children who need a lot of work and careI could not stand outside arguing the guy any longer leaving my children unsupervised

As soon as our front office personnel became aware of this situation, it was escalated through to our management team and the ownersIn fact, management was notified as the situation unfolded and stepped in to mitigate the final cost in case there was a communication breakdown
We erred on the side of caution and asked *** *** to name the price she felt comfortable withWe utilize these rare situations to re-evaluate our personnel, procedures, and practices.

We offer military and senior discounts to our customers
