First of all I didn't "scream" at the costumer, that was my natural voice and volumeSecondly, as I have known only the tiny bit of the tip of her nails Chipped off, the stylist offered to redo the nails or fix up the tips both with no extra fee, but the customer insisted that we redo all fingers with her own nail polish that she brought inThe stylist replied that " if you want me to wipe off everything and paint with your nail polish, dollars more" because using her nail polish and redo all nails is considered changing the color, not simply fixing that's why we need to charge dollarsShe did not agree and left unpleasantly.Also we don't know whether she washes anything corrosive to nail polish after she went home, or she might have touched something before the polish is well dry, if the work that stylist did was improper, it would show right away when the nail is done, not the next day.Most importantly, I did NOT shake her, I talked to her and that's all
