I rented from Mr *** for 2 yrs an repairs where put off or half fix causing mold an mildew.water leaks that where never fixed an bathroom that falling part floor joints that where not installed right.He failed with codes an health dept I had to move repairs where not fixed I have cancer just diagnosis before moving.
Refund My deposit back due to his fault of not fixing anything on his part.

I wouldn't had to move if he would just done his repairs like a landlord should've.Its sad that pet deposit was only 300 an went 399.12.An late fee for nov rent was covered an shouldn't be late fee an he should accepted my move out for nov 29,2019 due to my lease being up.an the mantanice man made me sign that paper work an even told my worker about my moving out why should I live in mold annleaks of place that is not cared for even the lady that lived beside me is having issues it's sad that people have to fall in hands Slumlords cause hes one. An fair people should not get repairs done I went 3 months without stove an 4 months with out air or heat same as next store the stove in basement that has sewage water an bath tub water running all over he wanted to put it in my house plans on reusing it so beware of the this too.carpet cleaning fee an cleaning fee for what he couldn't even do repairs so he keeps my deposit for the repairs that fall back on him.thats sad.
