I started my buying process by reaching out to *** and I couldn't be happier with that decision! We first met and talked through the process of what I could expect, and she came prepared with details on previous home sale data in the neighborhood I was interested in with details that I couldn't find through online services. Buying a first home was a big step and I had hesitations, but after our first conversation I was excited to start viewing places. Ashely told me that I'd know the right place for me when I saw it and then we'd go after it. Boy was she right, that weekend I fell in love with my now home. Within less than a week we've viewed the place, she's explained HOA documentation, disclosures, and all other home-buying paperwork and I felt confident enough to place an offer. I felt at complete ease through this whirlwind time because *** was able to answer all (of my many) questions very promptly. Even with closing going over the holiday season *** remained responsive and on top of the deadlines and steps of the process. After purchase she's been happy to help suggest design choices and connect me to contractors to complete the little tasks the place needs.

is incredible! From our first sit down, to the process of selling our condo and buying our single family home - *** was amazing. She is professional, hardworking, responsive, organized, and honest. She was very realistic with each situation we experienced, and we could tell she really cared about us and helping us throughout the selling/purchasing process.

When we told her we were ready to sell our condo, she came back to us quickly with a plan and made sure we were comfortable with the timeline, price, etc. She was in constant communication with us and there were never any surprises. When it was time to search for our next home, she was already ready with several options and let us decide which places we wanted to check out. We found a home we loved and put an offer in immediately. Unfortunately, the seller decided not to sell - but *** was already ready with a few other options. One house was not listed yet, and when we saw it, we knew this was it! Again, she was in constant communication with us for the entire purchase process and made sure we knew what was going on.
