Review: WE had booked our trip through Compass Tour in Sept 2014. Due to ill health of my husband we had to cancel the trip in Nov 2014. Compass Tour had promised a refund. I have email communication proving that they had agreed to refund our trip. Initially they mentioned due to India regulation they won't be able to refund till March 2015. We had so much going on we agreed to give their time. As of June 2015 we have still not received any refund. THey keep giving us excuses and new dates for the refund.Desired Settlement: All we want is to get a refund we are entitled to. WE have gone through lot of stress during this process and would like to wrap this up ASAP.
