I requested Compassion Transportation drive my son to and from work while he was on work release program, in which the company required $deposit My son informed me that Allen (the owner) was talking with him about the payment, however unaware of what was causing the delay, my son informed Allen that I would be contacting him once things were rectified with his employer regarding his payroll (at this point my son had been working for weeks) The owner of this company "Allen", contacted me regarding payment, the owner was screaming, irate, nasty, and used profanity because he had not been paid by facility and he threatened to contact the facility to have my son release delayed and him placed in "hole" for delinquent payment "Allen" was informed there was a payroll issue that caused the delay (at time of call, my son only been working for weeks)and the company was aware that it would take time for payment to be received, they even informed me of this practice I feel Allen d

To Whom it May Concern:This statement is in response to Revdex.com Complaint ID: *** submitted on 9/23/2017.Compassion Transport Services, LLC was contacted to provide transportation from the *** *** Adult Correctional Facility to the inmate's workplace and backAs is our policy, a $security deposit was collected and held prior to beginning serviceThe security deposit is held until service ends and the client is given the option of applying that to their outstanding balance or having the deposit returnedIn this case, the client's mother provided the security deposit via a personal credit card.The price of service per day was set at $per day for round trip transportationService commenced on Monday, August 28, and proceeded without interruption through Sunday, September 24, Beginning on Monday, September 25, service was suspended due to four full weeks of nonpaymentBelow are the specific dates of service and a weekly fee total.Dates of Service Weekly Fee Payment Received Total8/through 9/3 days - $125.00 0.00 -125.009/through 9/10 days - $100.00 0.00 -225.009/through 9/17 days - $125.00 0.00 -350.009/through 9/24 days - $125.00 0.00 -475.009/through 10/1 days - $0.00 0.00 -475.00The client's mother was contacted on Saturday, September 23rd regarding making payments on behalf of her sonShe reported that she was receiving her son's paychecks and would be depositing them into his ACACC account on Monday, September 25, At that point, her son would need to put a check request in so Compassion Transport could receive paymentThis needed to be done no later than Monday, September in order to give accounting enough time to process the requestOur client was scheduled for release on Monday, October and this would be the last opportunity to have the ACACC process the payment.The client's outstanding balance was $at this point and would increase by $for transporting him the week of September to the 29thThe final balance due would be $600.00.Severaloptions for payment were discussed including:•Using the $security deposit to offset the outstanding balance of $resulting in a final payment of $due from the clientThis to be the amount of the check request for Compassion Transport.•The client's mother could charge the remaining $to the credit card used to provide the security deposit and then seek reimbursement from her son.•The son requesting a check be issued to Compassion Transport from his account at the ACACC in the amount of $Once received, his mother would have the $security deposit refunded to her credit card.•Any other agreed to payment plan that would satisfactorily satisfy the debt.After presenting these options, the mother disputed the totals and stated that there had been a delay in the deposit of the paychecksThe Compassion Transport representative reiterated that there were several options for repayment but was rebuffedUltimately the client's mother disconnected the call.During the week of September 25th, Compassion Transport contacted the ACACC to see if any check requests were submitted to offset the outstanding balance, and none had been madeAs of October 2, the client has been released from ACACC, is still employed at the same job, but has not contacted our company to establish any payment options
