Professional, personalized, caring homecare agency. The director came to the house to meet my mother and family before we started daily care through her agency. When a new employee started working with us, the director also came with the new employee the first day to provide introductions. Frequent communication between the agency staff and the family, 24 hour access to agency staff. We had used other larger agencies that continually failed to meet our expectations for the care of our mother and were extremely pleased when we decided to go with Compassionate Companions.
