Compatibles Dating Network Reviews (4)

The client provided incorrect information to the Revdex.com regarding Complaint ***. She stated she became a client of Compatibles on June 22nd. It was in fact, July 21st, I met with her on July 19th, 2016, near her place of employment, for an hour for the intake
interview. I learned about her and what she was looking for in a romantic partner within that hour. At the end of our meeting I offered her a “six referral membership” with Compatibles. Explaining referrals would come to her “as I have them”. This had been previously explained to her before our meeting day in an e-mail dated July 14, where I stated, “If I cannot offer you a term based membership because I don’t have enough men I will offer you a “by referral” membership (less expensive) at referrals for $200. She signed a contract with me that day and sent payment on July 21st, for $200. The contract stated in two places, “client fee is non-refundable for voluntary withdrawal from service” and “I have read this agreement before signing it and understand the client fee is non-refundable.” She also signed a Matchmaker and Client Agreement that day that stated in part, “I will remain hopefully open, optimistic and positive, trusting that there is someone out there for me, it will take time!” She received a purple handout at our meeting which had eleven informational points, number was, “Do expect six referrals as I have mutual match referrals (this may or may not be every month)”. She was informed a total of five times that she was getting a six referral membership as I had referral candidates = Via e-mail before we met, verbally at our meeting, the contract she signed, the agreement she signed, and the handout she was given at our meeting BEFORE she signed on. She met her first referral and provided feedback on August 2nd, 2016. This was her feedback in part: “I think the first date went well. I love how open Justin is! We talked and talked, and it wasn’t awkward or weird. He’s interesting and knows who he is, and I love that. He is attractive physically; he’s a sexy guy for sure. I love the dark look. I like his eyes when he smiles most. I LOVE his build.” When I asked if she would see him again she responded with, “I hope so!” He was not interested in seeing her again. She had three other referrals selected for her and two were no responses and one accepted, she declined to meet himOn September 29th, she sent me an e-mail stating she had no interest in continuing use of my services and demanded a full refund of $and threatening, “trust me, you do not want me to make this public on the internet” and referencing an attorney. I was actively working for her, applying her matching criteria (as well as that of my male clients)Her impatience and subsequent not comprehending our contractual terms is upsetting and frustrating. She has been harassing, threatening and aggressive, not in any spirit of working together. The bottom line is that she was being served as promised but it didn’t happen fast enough for her liking so she is demanding a full refund. While this is most definitely unfortunate our contractual agreement stands as she agreed to with her signature. Please let me know should you wish to have copies sent of all documents as well as e-mail communication I have referenced above

I was working with the client per our contract. Her decision to discontinue working with Compatibles is her right. However, her demand for a full refund is unjustifiable. Given time I could have introduced her to more people meeting her criteria, I stand behind my work. Within two months she decides to terminate our agreement and demand a refund. This isn't fair. I was fulfilling my agreement as per the contractual terms

There was no follow up from *** everI had to consistenly reach out regaridng process and next steps, which is atypical for customer service at a very base levelWhen I asked her to provide even one person who fits my age requirements, she could notShe does not have the clients who fit my criteria, and that is a deceptionI did not enter into contract with *** becuase she "might at some point in the future have clients." I entered into contact with her because she told me she has clients in my demograpchic and she does notIt was a complete, straigh up lie on her part

I am fully aware that I signed a contract with [redacted]. My issue is not with any type of contractual error, rather, what I feel to be deception. After meeting with [redacted], she urged me to increase my age limite to 42. I was hesitant, as my top really is closer to 38-40, and I had a feeling that she urged the increase due to lack of clientele fitting my criteria. I reluctantly agreed. Every referral sent to me was over 40, between 42-45. The referral that I went on date with was a barely tolerable first date. The other referrals who were referred to me did not meet my crtieria. All were at the very top of my increased age limit, one was horribly mismatched politically, which I made clear to [redacted] in our meeting that was not acceptable to me. The other, which I rejected, is a blue collar worker, a service manager at a car dealership. I specifically indicated that I did not want a blue collar date. In addition, all of my inquiries into status and next steps have been meet with vague, short answers, and no follow up - a basic elemenet of customer service. This feedback is not intended to sabotage [redacted]; however, I indicatd my concern months prior to signing her contract and she assured me she had clients in my demographic. I WAS misled, and that is the reason I want a refund.
Regards,
[redacted]
