Tried to cancel my order after never receiving the laptop and after no response from repeated calls, emails etc. My credit card company had to reverse the charges as a scam. Since then, I have had repeated scam charges from "paypal" on my card so now I am having to fight those charges and cancel my card. My best advice: don't order from here. The price seems reasonable as a great deal, but it is a trick to get your credit card information. If you want a reasonably priced MacBook from a reputable company then order a refurbished one from Apple.
