agreement. Our database confirms that this email was delivered and received by the client on the day she signed on 8/14/2017. If there was any issue with the terms of the program, we should have been notified immediately so that we could rectify the issue. As outlined in the program agreement if the client relocates, or is medically unable to continue she is able to terminate the program penalty free, any other reason for cancellation is subject to a buyout fee.
