Mr. [redacted] handed my tire technician his keys and the vehicle was pulled into the bay. Before commencing the removal of the wheel my technician pointed out the kinked bolt which would make it impossible to remove the wheel without breaking the bolt. I then walked inside explained to Mr. [redacted] the situation as I guided him to his car to show him. After seeing the bolt he turned to look at me and stated angrily that we needed to take responsibility for the broken bolt since it was our fault. In fact we actually never even touched the bolt and he was upset because I told him he would have to replace it because breaking it off would be the only way to dismount the tire. He then decided he did not want the tire and demanded his keys back which we willingly handed over to him after taking the car out of the service bay.
