No complaints on the vehicle was made until 8/10/15, at that time she came to the Business complaining of
an issue with the floor boardI told her to bring the vehicle in the next dayWe made the Repair, with no charge to her
On the following day she called complaining about her window switch that was out, she stated that she was going to an AttorneyI told her that it was her responsibility for the upkeep on her vehicle
As of now the Car Payment is past dueShe is not returning any messages from phone call, or texts

Customer agreed to pay $200 every other week , which he did so until 6/15/14, Since that time payments have been very irregular, sometimes making only $50 to $100 payments per month. He would make promises to bring in payments and not keep word. Have told him repeatedly that payments had to get caught up. I have also told him I would lower payments to $50 a week and promise has not been met. Vehicle was recently put out for Repossession due to Non Payment. He agreed to pay the $200 to get payments back on track, which he did. He has had the vehicle over 25 months and is responsible for upkeep on vehicle. Vehicle sold as is.
