I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution would not be satisfactory to me? I advised Integrity Representative Payee Services (IRPS) upon receipt of each collection notice? IRPS knows perfectly well that some of the debts I referred to them for payment months ago have been referred to collections Regards, [redacted]

As with all of our clients, we do our very best to strive for client satisfaction.? In March this year, we paid medical bills for this particular client and another one just in May.? These are all the medical bills we most recently received.? If there is an issue with any bill we want to handle it accordingly.? We do need to know which medical bill is being referred to, so we can properly look into the situation.? We are hopeful that we can get this resolved as soon as possible while maintaining a positive relationship with this client as well.Thanks,Integrity Representative Payee Services Administrator

I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.As I repeatedly explained to Integrity Representative Payee Services (IRPS) there are two medical creditors who have referred my account therewith to collections - clearly indicating they think they have not yet been paid.Further, I repeatedly contacted them asking about the medical bills I asked IRPS pay on my behalf I was told it "typically takes about two weeks" to pay bills Repeatedly I was told the bills would be paid The delay in action from IRPS is unacceptable.Additionally, IRPS (***) just advised me today July they may be "dropping" me as a client They justify it as this complaint has "damaged" their standing, and some at IRPS claim I "hurt their feelings".Regards,*** ***

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I received notice from one medical bill creditor, some weeks ago that my bill amount had been referred to collections Just today June 29, I received another notice from another medial bill creditor that they too will seek collections assistance I believe these creditors would not engage collections if they had already been paid

We have sent this client a copy of the cashed check regarding the bill he is referring to. We also forwarded a copy of the cashed check directly to the Revdex.com, so they would also know this was taken care of back in February and cashed in February as we explained to the client. He was sent a copy of the cashed check today. We have submitted all proof possible to this client to let him know we did in fact take care of this. Thank you,Integrity RepPayee Services

We just emailed the client a copy of the check that was printed and mailed from our *** system on Feb28th in the amount of $21.59. We are trying to get the cancelled check from the bank as well, but also emailed the client to let him know sometimes things do get lost in the mail, but either way we want to get this resolved. One creditor IRPS claims to have paid, told me in a? conversation on Monday July 2, that they show no record of receiving payment? They are *** ***? ? I left *** of IRPS a? voicemail about this, and sent an email to IRPS both on Monday July 2, requesting cancelled check evidence that they paid as they claimed.? Thank you
