First, my apologies for not responding sooner.  The two emails that were sent were automatically sent to the Junk folder and I did not know they were there until I received a voicemail telling me they had been sent.

(CERC)is a political polling firm and call center, one of many that conducted telephone surveys in San Diego over the last few months.  Regarding this complaint, on 10/12 CERC called the complainant's house and got an answering machine.  We called again on 10/13 and, again, got an answering machine.  We called one last time several hours later on 10/13, where the complainant answered the phone, declined to take the survey, and asked that her phone number be put on the Do Not Call list, which it was.  
 
So, in conclusion, CERC made three attempts to contact the complainant, of which only once did we actually speak with her.  She asked us to put her phone number on the DNC list, which we did.

If they had ceased calling after the first time we spoke there would be no reason for me to file a complaint!! As long as this company never contacts me again I will consider the matter resolved. However if they start contacting me again I will file another complaint.

Thanks for adding my number to your "Do Not Call List" If that was something that was routinely done there would be nothing to complain about. However, you policy is no good if your employees don't follow it. Have you seen the number of complaints online in other venues against your business?  Most of them are regarding your employees continuing to call people who have asked not to be called again. Everyone can't be wrong about this. I've been hung up on several times by your employees when they ask for my wife and I ask them not to call again. Then they call again later. Or they ask for me and I tell them not to call again, but they do anyway. It would appear that your employees are instructed to ignore that. I have other phone numbers, but rather than give them to you now, I'll wait and see how well your "policy" works in the future.Thank you for your attention to this matter. I hope something actually changes.

Review: This company calls my house 3-5 times a day. I have asked them on numerous occasions to place my number on their Do Not Call List and that my number is on the national Do Not Call List. They continue to perform evasive tactics and questions and never honor my request. I have found many complaints about this company on the internet and they need to stop harassing customers who ask them to stop.Desired Settlement: Post a request with the Revdex.com so they are on notice and force them to change their practices.
