Compitum

Review: On August 26, 2013, pursuant to my instructions under order Order Number: [redacted], I sent a money order made out to Compitium, at [redacted] USA. In response to this order, I was to receive a CD and access to their membership site: "http://www.storesonline.com/site/710558/page/2954437". I received a CD containing the same information displayed on their web page and a listing of several rehabilitation centers. When I tried to access their website, I was denied. After several attempts to enter the website, with the username and password I chose, I continued to be denied access.

I immediately sent [redacted] a website expressing my disappointment over having paid $104, plus postage for a CD that contained details found on the website and a list of rehab sites (both of which could been found for free on the internet) and my failure to access their site. I also indicated my belief that their advertisements were fraudulent, and as such, were in violation of federal laws, and rules propagated by the [redacted] and Revdex.com.

Their response was that I received what I paid for, and that my email was insulting and threatening. When I responded to their email, reemphasizing that I was sent a boiler plate response stating, "ANY COMMUNICATIONS, VIA E-MAIL, LETTER, TELEPHONE ETC. DEEMED ABUSIVE, VULGAR, OBSCENE, RACIST, ETHNIC, SEXUALLY EXPLICIT, PROFANE, HATEFUL, FRAUDULENT, THREATENING, HARRASING, INSULTING, UNTRUTHFUL, ETC. WILL NOT BE TOLERATED AND MAY BE CAUSE TO UNILTERALY LIMIT ACCESS TO AND CANCELLATION OF ANY MEMBERSHIP."

I sent another email reminding them that they had still failed to respond to my inquiry about why my User ID and Pw do not work. In response, I was told my access to the member's area was being restricted. When I was asked to speak with a manager, or some other representative, I received an automatic email indicating that I had exceeded the number of emails allowed.

I waited two days, Friday, 9/02/03, to report the representative behavior, and was told, "We have detected no problems accessing the member's area with the user name and password you entered on the order form. E-mail records indicate you were harassing, insulting and less than polite to our reps."

I again attempted to enter the website several more times and, was denied access,

On Saturday, 09/06/13, I sent another email expressing over the company's handling of my concerns, expressing that it had been unprofessional and circuitous at best, and fraudulent at worst. I requested a refund of the $104 that was sent: minus the cost of the cd, which should be approximately $5 at best.

Their response was to notify me that I had violated the terms of contract; that my membership was terminated; and that I would not be refunded the $104; and that I was not to contact them again.

Review: Compitum is the identified agency that works with [redacted] @ [redacted]. They advertise selling medications, including schedule II narcotics for cheap prices, but after they receive your money they never produce any product and lock you out of their system and websites.Desired Settlement: I will need to have $104.00 refunded to me immediately or I will take further action against this company.
