I am trying to fill out the customer contact form , every time I enter my first and last name it goes back to my first name. I wanted to contact kappa publishing group to make a suggestion about the chicken soup for the soul which I am subscribing to ,why not send chicken soup for the soul more often than what is advertised in the puzzle? please leave a message in my inbox
My son and I share the same name and email address. When I pre-registered in May so as to be able to purchase Comic Con tickets, I listed the same first and last name in each name field, along with our shared email address.
I received the link to purchase tickets and was lucky enough to get through and buy 2 Saturday tickets for a cost of $112 which I paid on my credit card.
After paying for the tickets, I was prompted to log into ShowClix and list the fan verification email for each ticket. When I entered my name and the email address for the first ticket, it worked.
When I listed my son’s name (same as mine) for the second ticket using the same email address, I received a message stating that "This email is already assigned to a Ticket for this day. Please check with your friends to clear this up””.
I called both ShowClix and your Customer Service department and after waiting on hold for over an hour each time, I was told that unless my son confirmed his email address, his ticket would be canceled and refunded. How can he confirm it if the system won't let him? They told me there was nothing they could do.
There had to be an issue with my original registration because of the identical names and shared email address causing the second registration for my son not go through.
This has been a very frustrating experience. So I will most likely receive a refund for his ticket and only end up with a ticket for myself.
