This is not a complaint about us, the user is complaining about a company that is likely listed on our website but it's not about us If you read their complaint it clearly says they talking about a hair salon, not our company

Not everyone enjoys or trusts social media. shame one you!!! - [redacted] was sent this response by Complaints List Support:[redacted],We in fact do not require our users to provide a social media link; it's an option for those who would like to link their complaint to their respective social profiles. This field can be left blank, and one can proceed without providing such a  link. It appears you didn't try to submit a complaint, but rather saw the field for social media and decided against submitting a complaint. Then subsequently filed a claim to the Revdex.com.We are a free service for consumers - we do not require membership, nor fees to use our site. So, please understand it's your choice to avoid using our services, but we are in no way violating the law by allowing people to link their social media pages to their free submissions.It is clear that you have followed through with your statement that you'd be filing a complaint about our company to the Revdex.com, so we will respond as such. We don't require you to use our service, and your issue as mentioned is based on a falsehood.
