Company failed to submit rebate paper work by deadline
*** stated that he would submit all the paper work necessary for *** rebate for the installation of new A/C and Furnace that was purchased in *** Paper work was not received until *** well past the deadline of *** for the rebate Was told on multiple occasions that the paper work was submitted but when I called *** to verify they stated that they had not received any documentation
