I am rejecting this response because:I have documentation where they charged me 30% on everything they did not start repairs to my car they took off my front and rear bumper I did not sign anything for them to fix my car they have no signature from me to work on my carThey also charged me a fee for moving a disabled vehicle and I have a video where all they did was get in my car and drove it in the garage they charged me for that on top of a towing fee...I have all of the paper work ease let me know where I need to send it!!!

We again apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.  However, we have acknowledged your concerns.  We have not contacted you anymore offering our services. Your name has been removed from our contact list. At this time we do not feel that we need to change the way we do business. We are not telemarketers.  We Complete Auto Body & Glass will not contact you in the future. We wish you all the best.

We acknowledge your concerns in regards to the "Do Not Call List". We have also attached a copy of the do's and don'ts of the National Do Not Call List.   We also understand that your phone number is registered with them. However we "Complete Auto Body & Glass" are not breaking...

any laws by sending you a text message.  We are not a telemarketing company. We "Complete Auto Body & Glass" are vehicle repair facility and we offer help with covering deductibles for our customers. And we do also offer a Customer Appreciation Rebate for customers who choose to bring their vehicle to our facility. We reach out to customers who have been in an accident, by phone and text messages.  This is not against the law it is a service we provide to help our customers.  As per our conversation on February 11, 2015, you asked that we remove your name and number from our contact list and we have done just that. Our company " Complete Auto Body & Glass" would like to offer our sincere apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused to you.

We have received your settlement request, and reviewed it. At this point we will not be issuing any refund. Our reasons are: 1) the charges you paid were accurate with work that had been done to your vehicle. 2) you gave authorization to have all repairs that were accident related done. 3) also for parts that were already ordered due to you having given authorization for repairs. 4) the pictures you provided which showed your vehicle being driven were after we assembled parts back on your vehicle and made it somewhat drivable 5) you chose to have your vehicle towed to a 3rd shop because your vehicle was not safe to drive. We at Complete Auto Body & Glass feel that the charges paid were fair. We put your vehicle back together at no additional cost. We also gave you a discount on the amount owed. Due to having already ordered parts and labor put into your vehicle, and Complete Auto Body & Glass paying two tow bills that is what brought your release balance to $1700.oo. While this response does not meet your expectations we wish you the best in your future endeavors.

We have acknowledged Ms. [redacted]'s complaints, as well as reached out to her and resolved all issues.  We did offer Ms. [redacted] a discount on her Out of Pocket repairs that were not a part of her accident claim.  She was required to pay $100 for repairs. We have since done additional work...

for Ms. [redacted]. I feel we have moved past this and everyone is happy.Thank youHeather H[redacted]office manager

We have received your complaint, and apologize for any inconvenience.  I do believe Pete has been in contact with you in regards to the issue you are experiencing.  We strive for customer satisfaction, and will  get this issue resolved to your satisfaction.
As always thank ...

you for business.

The business claims in its response that its unsolicited SMS advertising is legal. According to the FCC's website, such messages are prohibited by the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. Please see:http://www.fcc.gov/guides/spam-unwanted-text-messages-and-emailThe business states that it is a repair company instead of a telemarketing company.  This in no way mitigates the severity of the business's actions. The reality is that the business is a repair company that markets its repair services using telemarketing. As such it should comply with both the Telemarketer Sales Rule, *and* the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.The business calls its insurance kickback a rebate. That does not change the fact that it is basically offering to overquote the cost of repair to insurers by up to $500.

Joe Sniderman
