I have researched this and as we always appreciate feedback from our customers this one is not justifiedThis customer's repairs were not done to his satisfaction so we did the repairs againPPG paint company sent their nation wide representative out to look at the color and the repairs and agreed
they were done properlyIt is a known fact that sometimes when bumpers that are plastic are placed on the same viewing plane as metal there could be slight variance in the productAlso being that this is a pearl color they will always flop at different angles The repairs are documented and are done properly and professionallyThe customers claim that he took to another shop and paid $to paint the bumper is just simply not trueWe contacted the shop he claimed to have went to and they had no record of him being thereHe has come into the store demanding money and threatening the staff and was asked to leaveUnfortunately we are unable to please him without giving him money and the repairs were done properly so no refund is justifiedWe can also provide photos and notes if the documentation is requested to support this

At this time we are checking into the situationWe are going to try and work with the customer to get positive resolutionThe detail was done by an outside vendor so we are working with them to see if there is a warranty

I have spoken with the customer and we have addressed all of her concerns and the situation has been resolved. We appreciate her support of our companies and value her as a customer.

First off this complaint has nothing to do with Complete Auto Body and Repair. This gentleman purchased some tickets I was selling and was told they would not be in until July for the show. He understood and this was fine. He called me a few...

weeks ago asking for a refund. I told him I will see what I can do. I am not a ticket broker and these are simple reselling of our season tickets we can not use. I do have a partner that is with me on these season tickets.... I advised Mr. [redacted] I would consider it and do my best. In the meantime I am a very busy person and am out of town alot..... I told him I would be in touch. He began calling and harassing one of my business I own and operate. Then I attempted to return his call over 25 times.... No answer... Bottom line is the tickets will be released from the box office this week and sent out to him once we receive them. This is not a transaction we offered a refund policy too. this was done on a personal hand shake and we have done nothing wrong... We have done everything we have promised and will provide him with the tickets the moment we receive them. What I will do is If they are not in hand by June 17th. we will go ahead and issue a refund check directly to him

I am rejecting this response because:the damage done to my seats on my vehicle would have never happened if they would of just done what I paid for they did not have orders to clean my seats and that is what destroyed my fabric!!!

So sorry for the delay. The customer has been contacted and we finally got their warranty company to step up. They were placed in a rental and the repairs done an zero charge to them. They have been taken care of.
