We understand your concerns. We would also like to clear the air and establish that Steven Kia has done nothing wrong. There are no AWD Souls at Steven Kia or any other Kia dealership for that matter. AWD Souls are not in production yet and have no date to be released. Having spoke to...

[redacted], he never led you to believe that we had AWD Souls. He even mentioned that you acknowledged they were on 2017 models only and being that you purchased a 2016, there is no possibility of mistaking the vehicle you purchased for an AWD model. Additionally, the window sticker clearly indicates that the vehicle you purchased is a "Front Wheel Drive". Unfortunately, Kia.com may have information on AWD Souls and that may have led to your confusion but rest assured, Steven Kia did not lead you in that direction.That being said, when the AWD models do come out, we will certainly be happy to assist you in your purchase. Thank you for the correspondence.

The response given by Steven KIA is absolutely 100% false.... [redacted] and I talked about the KIA and I was strong with my list of wants and he DID say it was AWD, whether it was a mistake or not, he did say it and had me drive over to look at car. I took his word vs doing deeper research which I will not do again. If I would have known I would have gotten another KIA that had AWD. Your salesperson [redacted] has insulted me as a woman and I have already explained to managment what was said to me because I will not write it on here. He came across after he got his purchase sealed as a bully trying to intimidate me and insult me so I wouldn't come back in to complain. It is bad to get the wrong information given on the car I purchased but I think right now the hugest thing as a woman to be treated in such a way to be made to feel discriminated against and that my long time family loyalty to your company meant nothing to Steven KIA. Good Companies would not allow a new or previous clients to be talked to the way I was and put down as a woman with the comments that I expressed he made which was not TAKEN seriously but you should because I am taking those comments very seriously. Steven KIA is absolutely in the wrong on this one and needs to own what has happened to me for there employees mistakes. What I am asking for resolve is nothing compared to what I should be asking for because of the misleading sales information and the discrimination as a woman.
