Good afternoon. After reviewing the email conversation you and *** have been having I've decided to step in here and take over the handling of your installationFirst
of all, thank you for choosing us to do the furnace replacement at your home. I know up until this point you have not had a pleasant experience but I am here to hopefully change thatOn the day the furnace was installed the particulars of the contract did change. I don't think that is being disputed. We did have to do a little more work, replace a coil (the box is currently there) and ref-fab some duct work. Just so you know, *** is not a commissioned salesman. He is on an annual salary. Whether he priced your job for $or $he will make the same amount of money. Having said that, without us connecting the duct work and without needing full days (which is what the job was figured for) I have no problem with adjusting the contract for you. Taking those things into consideration, your experience to this point and costing out what we have in the job I can lower your contract to $3,I hope this is acceptable to you as I see it being a fair compromise. But if you disagree please let me know. I will work on getting the coil installed for you but I do need to know if you are wanting the old air conditioner hooked up or if you are indeed replacing it in the spring (be it by us or another company). As *** explained, there are different valves and I want to make sure you have the one you are going to needI also feel you should know that the credit for getting your installation done that day goes to our installer, *** ***. I did speak to your father on the phone but all I promised him was we would return to the job and do what we can simply because we did have to fab up some duct work and getting a late start I had no idea what we would be able to accomplish. I did not promise him it would be completed. I just want to give *** his due credit hereThank you for your time and I'll look forward to your replySincerely,

Thank you for allowing our office the opportunity to respond.
After careful review, we found the following information:
On 5/1/16, patient was seen at Dupont Hospital. Total charges were [redacted] Patient was given a discount of [redacted]...

Patient paid [redacted] to settle the balance.
On 5/1/16, patient also had a follow up visit to Lutheran for testing that Dupont could not provide. The total charges were [redacted] We provided a discount of [redacted] which left a balance of [redacted] Patients insurance did not pay on either account due to plan exclusions and limits. The patient has made an offer of [redacted] as payment in full and our office has agreed to accept. Please have patient send payment within 30 days of this response.
Please let me know if we can provide any additional information.

I have received and reviewed the complaint from [redacted] and completed my review of her accounts.
[redacted] had two separate accounts for the date of service of 7/5/16. Ms. [redacted] made a payment of $295.00 for the outstanding...

balance on one of the 7/5/16 visits. The payment posted to her other account for the same date of service of 7/5/16, leaving it with a credit of $295.00. The credit of $295.00 has been transferred to the patient's outstanding balance to zero the account. Currently Ms. [redacted] has no outstanding balances due with Lutheran Hospital.
