I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
The day that I had dropped off the vehicle I had received and missed a phone call from Complete Auto Care. The message only said to please call them back.  I talked to [redacted] on the phone just before 10:00 AM and he had told me the work had already been done and it was $135.  I replied saying that I was only supposed to receive an estimate first, and that I had another shop that I had another shop that would do the alignment (all three points) for $95. He then stated that he would only charge me $95 and then told me about the "things he noticed" (missing/uneven shims and cut springs) leaving me with the impression that this was taken care of. Upon picking up the vehicle and driving home, less than 1 mile, I heard noise from the underbody.  Inspecting this noise I realised that I hadn't tightened the new idler arm down, and then stumbled across the lack of adjustments with the shims in the upper arms.  How could you even set the toe if the steering linkage has free play in it? The next day I came into the shop and asked them "what exactly did you guys do?" Then I hear that this "extra work" to align the car all the way was not included.  Words were exchanged, I told him id calk the Revdex.com and he said "okay, we're done here than".   After arguing about their lack of work done to my car he threatened to have the sheriff's escort me out if I would not leave on my own.  On my way out the door, I called him another word for the male genitalia and left.  I came back in after a moment and asked if I could get a print out of the detailed work performed and the alignment settings.  The response that I got back was that he did not have to give me these documents and told me once again to leave.  To this day the only thing I have received from them is a one line reciept saying "4 wheel alignment = $95".As far as my "trying to burn out".... I have a stock, 6 cylinder 1962 ford falcon... A burn out could probably only be done in this car if we're raining. I did however give the motor a good rev upon leaving.As far as my understanding, the work was done before I was given a quote, and I could not decline their services due to the work already being performed.  There is no way I would approve them to do less work for more money than another mechanic I had spoken too before receiving a call from them. The only reason they saw my car first was because I arranged with somebody else, on the phone, the previous day (April 19) to drop it off and have it LOOKED at.Thank you for your time.

MR. [redacted] DROPPED HIS 1962 FORD FALCON OFF AT OUR SHOP BEFORE THE BUSINESS DAY ON 4/20/2016. THE KEYS WERE LEFT INSIDE ONE OF OUR OUR OVERNIGHT ENVELOPES WITH THE REQUEST FOR AN ESTIMATE ON AN ALIGNMENT AND THE COMMENT OF " JUST REPLACED UPPER CONTROL ARMS, TIE RODS AND CENTER LINK. ALIGNMENT...

WILL BE OUT, DID NOT PUT UPPER SPACERS BACK IN".WHEN VEHICLE WAS PLACED ON OUR ALIGNMENT MACHINE FOR THE INITIAL INSPECTION, THE TECHNICIAN NOTICED THAT THE VEHICLE HAD BEEN MODIFIED WITH CUT COIL SPRINGS AND ONLY THE DRIVER FRONT WHEEL HAD AN ALIGNMENT SHIM/SPACER PLACED IN IT. THE CUSTOMER HAD ACKNOWLEDGED THE MISSING SPACER IN HIS NOTE ON THE VEHICLES DROP OFF SLIP. PRIOR TO STARTING ANY REPAIRS ON THE VEHICLE, MY SALES ASSOCIATE CONTACTED MR. [redacted] WITH AN ESTIMATE FOR HIS ALIGNMENT. AS WELL AS, WHAT ADDITIONAL REPAIRS WOULD BE NEEDED TO COMPLETELY ALIGN HIS VEHICLE. MR. [redacted] DID NOT WANT TO DO ANY FURTHER REPAIRS WITH THE VEHICLE, ONLY THE ALIGNMENT. MR. [redacted] WAS ADVISED THAT ONLY THE TOE PORTION OF THE ALIGNMENT WOULD BE ABLE TO BE SET CORRECTLY, DUE TO THE STATE THE VEHICLE WAS IN. AS DOCUMENTED WITH THE PRINT OUT FROM THE ALIGNMENT MACHINE (ATTACHED), THE VEHICLES TOE WAS SET, AS MR. [redacted] HAD AUTHORIZED. MR. [redacted] WAS ADVISED AGAIN, LATER THAT DAY WHEN PICKING UP THE VEHICLE, THAT THE ALIGNMENT WAS SET AS BEST AS POSSIBLE WITH OUT CORRECTING THE OTHER RECOMMENDED REPAIRS. MR. [redacted] WAS FULLY AWARE OF THE WORK NEEDED TO CORRECTLY ALIGN HIS VEHICLE. THE FOLLOWING DAY, MR. [redacted] CAME INTO THE SHOP YELLING AND DEMANDING TO HAVE HIS MONEY RETURNED, ON THE BASIS THAT ANOTHER SHOP WOULD PERFORM SOME OF THE REPAIRS WE RECOMMENDED AND THE ALIGNMENT BUT AT A LOWER PRICE. HE WAS SHOWN THE COPY OF THE ALIGNMENT SHEET SHOWING THE ADJUSTMENTS MADE TO THE VEHICLE AND WAS EXPLAINED TO AGAIN WHY THE ALIGNMENT WAS NOT CORRECTED COMPLETELY. AFTER BEING TOLD HE WAS NOT GOING TO RECEIVE HIS MONEY BACK, BY THE MANAGER OF THE LOCATION, MR. [redacted] BEGAN TO CAUSE A SCENE IN FRONT OF MY EMPLOYEES AND CUSTOMERS. HE BEGAN SWEARING AT MY EMPLOYEE, YELLING THAT HE WOULD NOT LEAVE WITH OUT A REFUND, AND EVEN USED VULGAR LANGUAGE DIRECTED AT MY FELLOW EMPLOYEE AND MYSELF. MR. [redacted] WAS SO OUT OF LINE, THAT THE LOCAL SHERIFF DEPARTMENT HAD TO BE CALLED. AFTER GETTING IN HIS VEHICLE TO LEAVE, MR. [redacted] TRIED TO “BURN OUT” IN FRONT OF OUR LOCATION. AS STATED TO MR. [redacted] THE DAY HE CAME IN TO ASK FOR HIS MONEY BACK, WE WILL NOT REFUND HIS MONEY AND HE IS TO NEVER RETURN TO OUR LOCATION.
