Take my advice and stay away! These guys are criminals. Keep changing their names and are investigated by the FBI for fraud.

Stay away from these crooks...at all costs. I made the mistake of getting involved with them to try and save my business. I didn’t make it, unfortunately. Every other account I had to settle was respectful and willing to work with me the best they could. NOT PAR Funding. I was called a ***, received call after call, threatened with wage garnishment even though I was working with them to try and get them paid back. Essentially I was accused multiple times of stealing their money, despite my efforts to settle. I even was lucky enough to get a visit from some clown in 20 dollar Wal-Mart suit coat...straight out of a mafia movie. And this visit was not at my office that was closed...it was at another location where I was employed. The point of contact, some *** named Ken, was the nastiest human being I have ever talked to...and there isn’t a close second. DO NOT RISK ANY DEALINGS WITH THESE PEOPLE!

The guys at par Funding were great to work with, they helped me when I needed it most and were very fair throughout. I love the business line of credit because its revolving, short-term, and needs to be paid down monthly! Funds were transferred into my business account in less than 24 hours, promises were kept! It is so easy, simple and efficient! It helps me with extra projects, payroll, and when invoices are pilling on. very highly recommend if you need cash.

Par Funding will ruin your life! They have absuredly high interest rates, and demand you start paying the advance back right away. As soon as you default on payment, even once, and even if you have been in good standing for years, they will file a UCC and court judgement and begin to put leins and garnishments on your properties and bank accounts. They will also send someone, who seems straight out of a mob movie, to your business, and send letters and make calls to your buisness, your family, your customers and vendors, and anyone else they think you have contact with. Be wary!

Stay away. They have no problem taking everything you have over one or two missed payments (or if you haven't missed any and they just don't like you). They will try to take your business, house, cars and any funds available (even inheritances). Also, they have a few guys who they will send to your house or business to "talk" out your debt issues aka intimidate you or maybe worse I'm not sure. This is one of a few signs that they may have Mafia connections.

They have no problem fudging legal documents, harassing clients with excessive collections calls, excessive sales calls including robocalling and more. They refer to their loans as "buying future accounts receivable" to be able to dodge loan laws and charge ridiculous interest and generally ruin your life and reputation. They have no issues calling your entire family, your landlord, your partners any of that..in an attempt to shame and ferret you out. They enjoy it in fact. This is a game to them. The collections department is encouraged to treat customers like garbage, cursing and belittling them at every turn. They will drive you out of business and not feel bad in the least. Do NOT do it.

We have received 5 loans through PAR funding without missing a payment. Until recently, we asked to stop payment for 2-3 weeks until we recover from a death spiral with 2 outstanding large invoices pending. They did not stop payments and business bank account went in serious over-drafting mode and was forced to stop payments through our bank. Now, they are sending threatening letters to friends and family that they owe them. These people are so dirty that with a UCC filing they can go into your paypal, facebook, and even instagram followers. With over 20K followers through our IG, they have completely ruined the the trust with our dealers and vendors. As a new business owner, and a 22yr Military Veteran, I AM Appalled! We have over 30 letters with our followers for a serious defamation case.

Payments were current until I ran into some financial issues with my business. I negotiated a lower daily payment which was current. My debit card was lost so two payments did not go thru. I provided the new debit card number to Daniel at Par Funding. It was charged one time and I then received a call from them stating they were taking action to collect my overdue balance. Two days later they began sending letters to my friends and clients telling them that I owe them money and to forward any funds they collect from my business to them! They are trying to ruin my reputation and my business. Interest rate is $40% ! I was unaware of how these MCAs work and was conned into accepting financing with them..

PAR Funding has been a Godsend throughout a very difficult financial period for my business. I have been working with them for 18 months, and in that time, they have helped me with last minute insurance payments and were the only MCA to advance funds to my business following Hurricane Harvey, while I was already paying off prior lending from them. Of course, they diligently monitor repayment, as they should, but they are always pleasant and make every attempt to work with me under all circumstances. I highly recommend PAR Funding. Their consolidation program (if followed correctly), really is a way out of the MCA grind! It requires diligence, but at the end, your MCA debt will be gone!
