Further to my recent response, I did receive the paperwork regarding cancellation of the contractHowever, I became leary of this company with the many excuses for the delays in closing and the many requests for more and more moneyWhen I found out they were requiring another $4,in addition to the almost $15,I had already paid and also that I would have to wait up to months for the money and would have to agree not to complain or badmouth, etc to anyoneI was not willing to agree and did not cancel the contract and they were so advisedThe contract should still be in forceIf this was legitimate I should have closed on May or a reasonable time thereafter and should only have paid the original $5,in closing costs- [redacted]

We have been in touch with this client and expressed what was necessary for her transaction to take place and forwarded her all required documentationshe later told us that she no longer wanted to proceed with the sale of her timesharewe sent cancellation documents for her to full out so we could assist her in receiving a full refund of fees she paid towards the transactionwe are waiting for the cancellation documents to be returnedat that point we will be glad to assist her is receiving her refundTell us why here

However, I became leary of this company with the many excuses for the delays in closing and the many requests for more and more money. When I found out they were requiring another $4,100 in addition to the almost $15,000 I had already paid and also that I would have to wait up to 4 months for the money and would have to agree not to complain or badmouth, etc to anyone. I was not willing to agree and did not cancel the contract and they were so advised. The contract should still be in force. If this was legitimate I should have closed on May 6 or a reasonable time thereafter and should only have paid the original $5,200 in closing costs. -[redacted]
