Insurance information can be verified electronically 24/Working in the medical profession myself, I know that to be true, whether this is regarding verifying ER, Urgent Care, or Prescription benefitsI also have spoken with BCBS regarding this matter.In your response it is stated that this business is unable to verify BCBS benefits on SundayOk-but how does that explain the lack of treatment we received on 8/6/2016--that was a Saturday NOT a SundaySo benefits should have been able to be verified, right?I was simply seeking to get an understanding of where the breakdown was & not argue (as I've been accused of)After calling times & leaving messages with the corporate office, I finally received a callback after daysThe person I spoke to was very defensive & accusatory (Name withheld) I was told that there would be no issue with our being seen should we make the choice to come back to this business
