I have dealt with this company for years with really no complaintHere recently I made a payment by dropping it in the overnight box and left off the change 63cents be exactFor almost days this company put my account in default behind these centsThey never once contacted me about this matter until days before my next payment was due; a payment I was going to be a few days late onI was then told my account was in default for a month so I had to make that payment on time or repawn my car to cover the default and my next payment that wasn't even technically dueI have owed way more in the time I've been dealing with them and they held my account from being in default many times but let me know what was going on and I always complied with any arrangement made but leaving off theCents was a complete oversight ob my part and it was bad business to not even contact me about it and put my account in that negative status

Do not ever use this place! They are a scam and a rip off and have NO intention of giving your title back! First they give you a plan that looks great on paper and shows that in a 18 months your loan will be paid but it's crap! If you go by the payment plan in 18 months you will still owe the exact amount you started with if not more and then when you stop paying and start asking questions to dispute the loan while you are waiting on someone to contact you back because they are investigating it they are out towing your car. They even make a deal with you knowing the car has been towed! That's not good business it's lying and cheating get get someone pockets fat! Don't make the same mistake I did!!
