Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The facts are as I stated in my original complaint supported by weather that was documented for this time frame I do not want any further correspondence from this company their response is very hostile Sincerely, [redacted]

To Whom it may Concern,This is in response to claim # [redacted] I spoke to [redacted] on October 6, when she accepted our proposalI told her then that we were to weeks out, Weather PermittingWhich is what I tell all of our customersThat would have put us at doing her job by November 6, [redacted] called us again on November 13, a week laterHowever we had snow on days, one day the week before her November 13th phone call and one day weeks before her November 13th phone callWith that being said when it comes to caulking we have to wait until it is dry in the joints and/or cracks if we do not the caulking will failAlso with that being said with the snow days and at least days each to let it dry out puts us a week behindWhen I received [redacted] 's phone call I tried to explain that to her but she did not want to hear itI also told her that we will be there before the end of the week to get hers doneShe hung up with me and then proceeded to call the business owner, Jeremy P***, and he told her that he was sorry but the weather has put him behindHe never stated that he had gotten a better job, because it you know the person that he is all is jobs are the best jobsWe had a job that was inside work and because of the weather we start that job and the day that she called he was finishing it upHe did tell [redacted] that he would be there by the middle of the weekThat did not satisfy her, she got mad and hung up the phone on himThank you,JudyOffice ManagerComplete Caulking & RestorationGreen River DrUnit FHighlands Ranch, CO

To Whom it May Concern,This is in response to complaint *** - She accepted our proposal on October 6, As I had stated in my response dated Dec21, and to her on October 6, that we were to week out "WEATHER PERMITTING"Since her acceptance of the proposal we had snow on October 18, 2017, November 1, and November 7, Even if it is just a dusting of snow that is left on the ground, the moisture from the falling snow is still getting into the open jointsAnd her joints where open anywhere from 1/2" to 2"We still have to wait a day or two for the joints to dry out depending on how much snow we had or the caulking will "FAIL"So with that being say that is why we excepted the inside work at another customers house whose proposal was excepted before *** *** proposal, however that home owner was willing to wait until the fall/winter time frame to get her work doneWe were still willing to do her job the week of November 13, which would have put the work being completed within to weeks instead of to weeks*** *** is upset because there is probably no other caulking company that is willing to do her job that is lineal feet of caulkingI am very upset myself and so is Jeremy that she is calling us liars and questioning the integrity and honesty of our companyWe pride ourselves on integrity and honesty. I told her then that we were 3 to 4 weeks out, Weather Permitting. Which is what I tell all of our customers. That would have put us at doing her job by November...

6, 2017. [redacted] called us again on November 13, 2017 a week later. However we had snow on 2 days, one day the week before her November 13th phone call and one day 2 weeks before her November 13th phone call. With that being said when it comes to caulking we have to wait until it is dry in the joints and/or cracks if we do not the caulking will fail. Also with that being said with the 2 snow days and at least 2 days each to let it dry out puts us a week behind. When I received [redacted]'s phone call I tried to explain that to her but she did not want to hear it. I also told her that we will be there before the end of the week to get hers done. She hung up with me and then proceeded to call the business owner, Jeremy P[redacted], and he told her that he was sorry but the weather has put him behind.
