Poor product and serviceInstalled a heat pump in Dec The AC lines froze upCompany owner/rep *** told me on Sat 8/that he would have someone out the sane dayNever heard back from them until Mon after, I again had to call themFinally told by office person there would be a $service call + whatever was not covered under warranty I would like to see the warranty since neither him or my contractor provided my with one even though I made numerous request forDue to poor service and likely a a poor product I would not do business with these peopleThe are nice up until they get your moneyAfter that it is like, *** you!
