Complete Communications damaged our irrigation system while installing a FIOS line. Seeking reimbursement for the repair from them for almost 7 monthsComplete Communications caused damage to our irrigation system during a Verizon Fios install last summer 2014. The damage was extensive. An entire zone of the irrigation system had to be replaced. We contacted Verizon originally and they directed us to the company, Complete Communications in North Carolina, that they subcontract to do the install of the FiOS line. We have been contacting Complete Communications about reimbursement for the damage since the beginning of September 2014. We sent them the invoices from the irrigation company amounting to $1,010 for the repair and gave them the phone number for the irrigation company who said they would be happy to talk to them about what had to be repaired. We were told on September 18, 2014 by [redacted] at Complete Communication that we should receive a check by the end of the month. We waited and never received a check. We have called the company and/or e-mailed the owner, [redacted], many times since last September. We didn't always get a response but when we did, [redacted] would say that she was out of town and would get back to us or the check was coming. The last communication on January 7th, 2015, [redacted] responded only after we threatened to contact the Revdex.com and said her company had sent us two letters in the past to explain that they have a 90 day delay on their company being paid. Firstly, we have never received any letters from Complete Communications or for that matter any communication from the company that wasn't initiated by us. Secondly, this issue has been going on a lot longer than 90 days. [redacted] also said in her e-mail on January 7th that we should receive a check by the first week of February. So we waited once again and as of March 5, 2015, we still have not received a reimbursement. We e-mailed [redacted] once again on February 18, 2015 and never heard back. We have all the e-mails between us as well as the invoices for the damage that was done to the irrigation system if needed.Desired SettlementRefund for the repair to an entire zone of our irrigation system for damage caused by Complete Communications after a Verizon FIOS install - amount $1,010.

CC caused damage to propert, Said would repay for fix. Has not yet paid - will not respond to calls, mail etc.CC laid cable at address, damaged irrigation system and attempted repair but fouled up valves. Had [redacted] fix damage. Called CC to report issue. was told to send in bill and CC would repay for damages caused. Sent in 4 bills, called 8 times so far and have had no response. I spoke to a woman called '[redacted]' who said that reimbursement was forthcoming. This was in July 2014. So far nothing. Last time called was 01/13/15. Spoke with [redacted] yet again and she said she would pass on message to owner. I have no faith in that.Desired SettlementSettlemnt in the amount of $215.Business Response customer was paid
