I am having several jobs done on my manufactured home by CC&M. The two gentlemen who came out have done a splendid job so far. They have repaired a ramp that was shoddily built by someone else and it is way better than new. Today they are fixing the floor under my water heater, which was soft from leakage. This involved a lot of work in a tiny space and these men still had smiles on their faces after working in less than ideal conditions. I really can't say enough positive stuff. Great price, great work! Thanks so far to CC&M and to Michael K[redacted]

Review: Mike K** was hired to remodel our rental property. During the course of his work, we found:1. Carpet installed so sloppy, patterns not matching, not attached to the floor properly, new padding not installed, carpet pulled off the stairs by just walking, edges not tucked and fringe was showing at the baseboards. We had to hire someone else to fix it.2.Vinyl wood texture flooring put down so poorly it buckled due to so much saw dust under it and the lawan underlayment cut too large.3. Living Room shade not installed and was paid for.4. Bathroom door not installed for months.5.Ceiling tiles in bathroom not replaced. We paid for6.Ceiling light fixture in living room was supposed to be a light and fan. Only a light was installed.7.Wood tone crown molding was not installed.8.New inside vestibule door did not close. Entire threshold had to be replaced.9.Kitchen floor was to be vinyl but he put down the vinyl wood tone tile at our expense and he charge us for the vinyl.10.Exterior of new windows installed were not sealed off. He said the exterior borders around the windows were extra.11.A working refrigerator was taken. We asked Mike to replace it. It took 3 months form him to put the refrigerator in. We finally completed all the work and had a tenant move in. She was therefor 8days and reported the refrigerator did not cool/freeze. We had to purchase a new refrigerator today for $660.00.12. The bathroom floor was never completed or the soft spot repaired the vinyl was not glued down and cut down the middle. All of these items are on his contract that has been paid in full. One of his employees ask to rent the house and asked if they could move in and Mike told us that he would complete the work while they were there, since it was one of his employees, and there was not much left to do. Which delayed the house inspection, and Mike admitted to us he never inspected the house.Desired Settlement: I would like to have the incomplete items and the unsatisfactory items refunded, including the refrigerator. We had to pay other contractors to fix and complete this work. It took us four months to fix the problems he left us with.We attempted to call him to fix the problem and he would not do it.He said we waited to long and then refused to go in when the tenants were there even after he recommended them.

Response:

I am not shocked that these people have blatantly lied in their allegations. We have completed all work in this home, they let their tenant move in before they inspected this property. The things they are alleging were damaged were done by the same tenant that they had to evict from the home. This tenant not only did not pay them after the first month, but also caused much damage in the property. That tenant was in that property for approx. 4 months without paying, they also had a pitbull that tore the carpet up and peed on the flooring. The damage to the tile flooring was caused by a water leak from the kitchen sink. They accused the tenant of breaking the drain which caused water to cover the entire floor and buckle. I did give these folks his name as well as a couple other names of people that were interested in the property. They were the ones that picked the tenant. I believe they are upset at their losses and want me to pay because I gave them his name.

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the response. If no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Review: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: We have proof of payment to others to have these items repaired. Just purchased a new refrigerator, had to have someone come in to re-tuck the carpet around the entire home due to the sloppy work when first installed. Had to tear up the new flooring to cut the lawan because it was too big and it caused the tile to buckle. Framing had to be put around the exterior of the windows that they put in. The ceiling tiles were never put in the bathroom. We know the padding under the carpet was not new because we took it up. The ceiling fan in the living room was not put in. the flooring in the bathroom was not glued down and the living room shade was not put in.

We paid for all of these items in full and did not receive satisfactory completion or work.

The tenants truly did not pay. However, these people were recommended by this company and the tenant worked for them. Mike told us it was okay to let them move in and there was very little left to do. He said he could get it finished with them in there.

I am totally offended that Mike would say we are blatantly lying. Regards,[redacted]

Response:

Again, we completed every thing in the contract. This is the 1st time we are hearing anything about them purchasing another fridge. Just as I have stated, they are blaming us for giving them the tenants name as a possible candidate for their property. We gave them 3 names and they picked the people. They are trying to get us pay for the most they suffered from those tenants.

The company [redacted] Contractors, that fixed the exterior windows adding the outside framing was hired July 15, 2014. Work was completed within 10 days, paid on July 31,2014, cost $350.00 The same company had a professional carpet installer come in to tuck , stretch and re-lay in the upstairs hall. They could not fix the pattern in the berber to all go the same direction because there was not enough and it was cut wrong this cost $300.00My husband an I fixed the flooring, vinyl wood look, from [redacted]'s at an additional $27.90 for one box. we had to pull up the flooring that was previously laid down in the dining room and downstairs hall to cut the lawan shorter so the floor would lay flat, it was buckling in numerous places. We had to purchase new vinyl for the bathroom floor at for $59.52, because the vinyl that was previously laid by Key Construction was not glued down and was cut so poorly it did not go to the edges of the room.We caulked the tub. We hired [redacted]'s Services, hired September 13, 2014, to fix the stove, and electrical outlets that key construction was supposed to fix, and also put up the shelves in the closet. Cost $160.00. This was done at the completion of all the other work.Key Construction charged us for a window shade for the living room that was not installed, estimated price $45.00. they charged us for a ceiling fan with a light $225.00 We got a $29.00 light only.He charged us $75.00 for new ceiling tiles in the bathroom, they were not installed. The broken top basement step was not replaced, $75.00We were charged $875.00 for 3 closet doors that were made of folding plastic and not put in correctly on the track. The whole thing has to be re-done. In the $875.00, was the bathroom door that had to be fixed by [redacted]'s Services, because it would not close. The front hallway door would not close because it was measured incorrectly. My husband and I had to cut out the threshold and re-configure it so the door would close. The materials cost approximately $85.00We purchased a new refrigerator at [redacted]'s for $660.00. The original was disposed of by K** construction. It was in good working order. These costs do not include our time, expense to drive to [redacted], (every weekend for 15 weeks) or the small incidentals that needed to be purchased including tools.Thank you,[redacted]

I hired Complete Construction and Maintenance for repair work to be done in my bathroom and bedroom. Michael K[redacted], the owner, was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Both Michael (and his staff during the job) were extremely customer focused--they listened to my needs to ensure that the job was done to my satisfaction. The overall job went very well and I am very pleased with the results. I plan to use this company for a future project.

The most Unqualified people, and the worst professionalism of any business I have ever dealt with. The job that was suppose to be done was not done right because M[redacted] and his so called lead man has no idea what he is doing and is just as bad as his boss. M[redacted] was called, and he was rude and arrogant and hung up on me. M[redacted] says he guarrantees all his work 100% but does not stand behind his work. This company needs to be put out of business. DON'T DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!

CC&M is willing to work with you when you are financially strugglingWhen you call them someone always answersThey make you feel like you are a priorityThey did my kitchen but there is more to do hereThey have a friendly attitude and they ask questions every step of the processIt continues to be a pleasant relationship

Complete Construction & Maintenance Inc. recently remodeled our bathroom and kitchen in our mobile home. The prices were more than reasonable and the service that accompanied the work was outstanding. The finished product added value to our home and looks amazing! We will be doing more work to our home in the near future and will definitely use them again.

CC&M did my mobile home top to bottom (roof, windows, doors, siding, skirting) and some plumbing work and I am satisfied with the work done. Our old Redman looks new and clean.
