I hired Complete Construction and Maintenance for repair work to be done in my bathroom and bedroom Michael K***, the owner, was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable Both Michael (and his staff during the job) were extremely customer focused--they listened to my needs to ensure that the job was done to my satisfaction The overall job went very well and I am very pleased with the results I plan to use this company for a future project
[redacted] is the one who picked the door out of the mobile home catalogThe door was not smaller, the framing around her door was widerA vinyl trim would not cover that size so we installed aluminum trimShe did not ask us to buy the doorShe only demanded all her money back at which point we reminded her that she was the one that picked the door
CC&M did my mobile home top to bottom (roof, windows, doors, siding, skirting) and some plumbing work and I am satisfied with the work doneOur old Redman looks new and clean
All work agreed upon in the contract has been completed with the exception of a storm door with screen that needs to be installedThis is currently on backorder and has been since December of [redacted] has been made aware of the circumstances in December 2014, and CC&M has been in regular contact with [redacted] about the doorAs soon as the door comes off of backorder and is delivered it will be installed immediately

Again, we completed every thing in the contractThis is the 1st time we are hearing anything about them purchasing another fridgeJust as I have stated, they are blaming us for giving them the tenants name as a possible candidate for their propertyWe gave them names and they picked the peopleThey are trying to get us pay for the most they suffered from those tenants
Complete Construction & Maintenance Increcently remodeled our bathroom and kitchen in our mobile homeThe prices were more than reasonable and the service that accompanied the work was outstandingThe finished product added value to our home and looks amazing! We will be doing more work to our home in the near future and will definitely use them again

The company [redacted] Contractors, that fixed the exterior windows adding the outside framing was hired July 15, Work was completed within days, paid on July 31,2014, cost $The same company had a professional carpet installer come in to tuck , stretch and re-lay in the upstairs hallThey could not fix the pattern in the berber to all go the same direction because there was not enough and it was cut wrong this cost $My husband an I fixed the flooring, vinyl wood look, from ***'s at an additional $for one boxwe had to pull up the flooring that was previously laid down in the dining room and downstairs hall to cut the lawan shorter so the floor would lay flat, it was buckling in numerous places We had to purchase new vinyl for the bathroom floor at for $59.52, because the vinyl that was previously laid by Key Construction was not glued down and was cut so poorly it did not go to the edges of the roomWe caulked the tub We hired [redacted] 's Services, hired September 13, 2014, to fix the stove, and electrical outlets that key construction was supposed to fix, and also put up the shelves in the closetCost $This was done at the completion of all the other workKey Construction charged us for a window shade for the living room that was not installed, estimated price $they charged us for a ceiling fan with a light $We got a $light onlyHe charged us $for new ceiling tiles in the bathroom, they were not installedThe broken top basement step was not replaced, $We were charged $for closet doors that were made of folding plastic and not put in correctly on the trackThe whole thing has to be re-doneIn the $875.00, was the bathroom door that had to be fixed by [redacted] 's Services, because it would not closeThe front hallway door would not close because it was measured incorrectlyMy husband and I had to cut out the threshold and re-configure it so the door would closeThe materials cost approximately $We purchased a new refrigerator at ***'s for $The original was disposed of by K [redacted] constructionIt was in good working orderThese costs do not include our time, expense to drive to ***, (every weekend for weeks) or the small incidentals that needed to be purchased including toolsThank you, [redacted] ***
