Complete Controller

My story is long, but worth reading if you are considering hiring complete controller!.All I have to say is that complete controller saved my life!. One day I received a call at my shop, a sales call I called it!. Offering services for payroll etc. As all of us small business owners know, we receive tons of these calls on a daily basis. With that said, for some reason, I happened to answer this specific call. The "guy" on the phone was not pushy, sounded honest and I was intrigued. It took me a couple of months to call him back, so glad I did. I was in one of my worst moments, divorce, business was declining, more like loosing my business, I had no idea where I was headed, but I had the passion and I had faith in my business. I made an appointment with Jennifer on a day I was closed, she was very professional, came with all the materials, and right away I knew, that whatever the cost was, I was going to make the sacrifice to pay for her services and get my accounting in order. I figured I was loosing my business anyway, so I had nothing to loose, but to gain. If I can stop focusing on the money, the bank statements, the overdraft fees, the accounting, payroll!, then maybe I could focus on the important things, like figuring out why my business was failing, why I was about to loose it all, and what I can do to save my business, my life. This was in 2011, after tons and tons of hurdles, I, We finally did it!. We saved my business, we figured it out, and complete controller was and still is a big part in its success, in saving my baby ( my business). Today, we find another hurdle, IRS Audit!, our worst nightmare, but complete controller has been by my side 100%, I don't feel alone, I don't feel like I have to be scrambling for paperwork, they have it all together, I see it as a safety box, that only they and I have access to. At the end, to make a long story even longer, I don't know where I would be today, if destiny had not put, Jennifer, Complete Controller and the complete controller team in my life!...Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
