truck.I informed the customer of this and we decided that the best course of action would be a new radiator.I delivered the product and thought all was well.The idea that this was all ignored since that time is false. Not only do we have a signed invoice from the customer for the new radiator, we also send out a statement every month with all invoices listed.I have sent faxes along this time period.After the discussion with the customer today, We decided that I would pick up the radiator and cancel the charges.I also have a voice mail from the customer to that fact.My nearly 19 years of business with no complaints speaks for itself.Thank you,Frank [redacted]Owner

I am rejecting this response because:What it being said by complete cooling is a complete fabrication. They built a BRAND NEW radiator and it did only last 3 weeks. This is why they waited 6 months to say something about the new radiator they sent me for the crap one they built. Yesterday when I spoke with Frank from there shop he specifically told me they dont remember anything about what was going on with the radiator from back in December that it is to long ago to remember that kind of stuff. Suddenly his memory is sharp as a tac. Its all lies on complete coolings part. What a horrible way to do business and treat customers
