Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID *** and have determined that this does not resolve my dispute
Please enter your reason(s) for rejecting the business response below.First of all, Complete Credit Solutions received my certified letter requesting validation on April 16, 2016, not April 6, 2016. There is no evidence that Complete Credit Solutions responded to my request for validation. In addition, the US Postal Service does not claim a 100% delivery rate. That is why I elected to send my request by traceable mail. I am making every effort to resolve this matter without presenting this case to a courtroom before a jury in my community. I am respectfully requesting that Complete Credit Solutions take steps to resolve this matter expeditiously
Regards,
*** ***

I am rejecting this response because:They are continuously associating me with an address and people on a reference list that I know nothing about. The work number provided is referenced to a job that I haven't been at in over 3 years. The account is not associated with me and I am requesting that all collections and credit reportings are ceased.
Regards,

We received the attached dispute regarding account number [redacted] via fax from [redacted] on 5/25/17.  We responded to her request by mail on 5/30/2017.  We provided all requested information required.  I would like to also point out [redacted] has a second account that was...

also originated through [redacted] and was purchased by [redacted] on 8/29/2013.  This account number is [redacted].  I have attached that information as well. In an attempt to show cooperation with your office and [redacted], I will settle both accounts for $815.  This represents a 40% discount when compare to the current balance owed.  This offer will expire in 30 days or July 20,2017. Please let me know if you have any questions or require additional information. Thanks [redacted]

The account in question was purchased by Complete Credit Solution, Inc. (CCS) from the original creditor [redacted] on May 18, 2015. On May 21, 2015 CCS mailed a letter to [redacted] advising CCS had purchased account # C0495-27578 from the original creditor and provided a notice of debt...

validation. On February 4, 2015 we received an [redacted] dispute initiated by [redacted] through Equifax. A response was submitted to Equifax through [redacted] (see attached) on February 26, 2016. In addition, CCS also mailed a dispute resolution letter (see attached) along with the agreement information from [redacted]’s (see attached) to the address provided by [redacted] through the [redacted] dispute. On October 24, 2016 CCS did receive a certified letter from [redacted]. Since CCS did not receive a response to our prior debt validation request regarding the same account that was submitted through [redacted] in February 2016, we did not send [redacted] another response to the previously disputed debt.To help resolve this matter in a timely fashion, we request that [redacted] provide CCS more information regarding his dispute. Per the [redacted]’s agreement information, Mr. made 13 payments on this account and [redacted]’s has confirmed this is a valid debt with an outstanding balance owed in the amount of $1,733.73. Upon receipt, CCS will submit the information to [redacted]’s for review. In the meantime, the account will continue to be reported as disputed to all three credit reporting companies.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:CCS has not provided the documents proving the responses they have stated from previous disputes. The address CCS stated in their previous response to my complaint with the Revdex.com is not an address associated with me. I have been at my current address [redacted] since March of 2015. Prior to then I was living in a hotel for over a year. Therefore, I did not receive any validation of debt letters nor a letter stating the purchase of debt. By law collection agencies and credit bureaus have 30 days to respond to validation of debt letters and validate the debt or the account is to be deleted immediately. CCS has violated the FDCPA section 809(b) which is a fine of $1000. This debt does not belong to me and should be removed immediately. CCS has yet to provide their license showing they can legally collect debt in my state. CCS has continued to violate my consumer rights by not providing proof of validation of debt. If this account is not deleted immediately I will take my complaint to the Attorney Generals office along with proof of my current and previous residence showing that the address CCS claims to have sent their letters. To resolve this issue without legal action being taken, I request for CCS to delete this account from my credit file and send proof of letter for deletion mailed to me.
Regards,

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:I DO NOT have a contract with your collection agency  you must remove this record from all credit bureaus because:In the US law encyclopedia, American Jurisprudence, 73 Am Jur 2d. Sections 90-93; it says that one cannot subrogate onto a contract that they were not originally on, did not have any interest to protect, and then claim successor in rights and interests. Thus, when an original credit sells the debt, they give up their rights to collect on the debt, BUT they do not give those same rights to the collection agency. The collection agency cannot act as a substitute for the original creditor.
