I am rejecting this response because:
This business stated that they have tried multiple times to fix this orderThat information is incorrect and I’ve attached screenshots as proofThe associate stated ONE time that he could fix the shirts(which is not possible without creating new shirts)Neither of the two associates responded to my last messageI’ve ordered several shirts from businesses like *** *** and have never had this issueNot only is the quality of the shirts a problem, but the screen printing quality is poorThere is no reason why the letters should be peeling off of a shirt that has not been washedVinyl does bend, however, I’ve never seen it curl in the middle of the lettersCreating more shirts withe the same quality would be a waste of products for the business because no one from my team wants them including myselfWe would all like a full refundNo one desires to do business with this company moving forwardI will gladly come to the shop and show them what quality screen printing looks like and we still want a full refund for the poor quality shirts we received from *** ***

*** *** placed order for t-shirts in June by emailWe spoke on the phone a few times and quality of shirts was never discussedShe stated "I could already tell they used the cheapest woman's v-neck they could find." if that was the case, why did she NOT say anything? We could have fixed
any problem that she had thenWe used GlIdan Softstyle shirts which is one of the better brand tees that a lot of our companies like when looking for long term use, Majority of our customers, especially first timers come to store to look at the different types of t-shirts we use so that it's exactly what they want*** did notWe would even have been happy to go out and buy any particular brand of shirts If she would have Just let us know that ahead of timeFrom the looks of the picture she texted me, the quality of the shirt is not the problem*** *** strives on giving our customers 110%, Vinyl bends and curls when the shirt is stretched too muchWe use commercial great equipment and products for all of our customersWe have been In Business for years now and we have never had to clean up our name and reputation with the Revdex.comShe asked If we did refunds, I said no mam we don't, but we can fix It if there's a mistake on our endAnd from there she told me we would be getting a yelp reviewIn front of our register there's a sign that says no RefundsWe have tried many of times to fix or replace her order
