repair of work previously performed substandard and was not completed by contractor work was done on aug dki was contracted to do repair work on house after storm damage before I bought house in feb of this yearThe work performed was substandard and cracks developed in popcorn ceilingsAfter several attempts to contact them they finally sent sub contractor to survey damageRepair was started last week of august this yearrepairs made were not of quality workmanship and I as owner had to complete their work because they failed to returnI have made several attempts to contact mark at dki and when I call he is always out of the office and never returns my calls

Had a dryer fire and They destroyed the popcorn on my ceiling while cleaning and won't fix itPoor communication and no one seems concerned about it Had a dryer fire on March 12thThe company came out and [redacted] told me all of these things that they would do to clean my home...some of which were never doneI had them come out different times to rid the house of the soot smellI noticed after the first time they came out that they damaged the popcorn on my ceiling around my air vents while cleaning themThis has continued to fall since thenThe first time the came out they didn't move the washing machine or fridge to clean behind it so of course it still smelledAfter the 3rd time that my laundry room still smelled I climbed on the ladder and looked at the top shelf in my laundry room to see it still covered in soot! After I cleaned it the smell finally went awayWe were without AC/heat for nearly weeks while waiting for them to get someone out to clean it as we didn't want

We have had two occasions for which we needed help and needed it fastDKI was so helpful when our building flooded that when we needed help again, we knew just who to callOnce again, Complete DKI was incredibly helpfulThey were fast and effective at getting our mess cleaned upI would refer anyone I know you Complete DKI

Horrible communication Chris was our project manager (I think he's actually a 3rd party contractor hired by DKI) But he and his manager Mark do NOT communicate I live in California so I could not be there to oversee the work on my rental I was told that the work would start at the end of October (weeks AFTER) my insurance hired them to fix the leak in my roof A few nights later, my tenants called me to let me know that the work was done??? I didn't even know they had started!! This poor communication went on for another TWO months!!! The work itself was good (according to my tenants, the city inspector and the inspector my insurance sent out) But the workers left THOUSANDS of nails all over the yard My tenants have kids and dogs, thankfully nobody was hurt So, from start to finish, monthsAll they did was replace the roof on a square foot house The work itself only took a few days What took so stinking long was them never calling me Never sending me my paperwork to file with the insurance I even talked with the President, Shaun, and that didn't solve anything Even the office staff are poor communicators I would NEVER hire this company ever again The worst customer service

My home was damaged by tornado on Feb 23, I was out of town when I found out I had damageSomeone gave me the number to Mr*** *** (tree service)I received a call DKI to cut trees off house and remove, put tarp on houseWhen I spoke to my insurance company I was told that I was responsible for securing house for future damageMr*** *** told me have talked to my adjustor Mr*** *** I informed him that I hadn't heard from the adjustorSo Mr* *** of DKI gave me my adjustor name phone numberI called Mr*** *** and he assured me that dKI was a very good company and do good work he vouched for them I asked him about the mitigation for the inside for mildewWhen I returned on X-XX-XXXX met with the adjuster and project manager they came togetherAt that time I was told by *** *** that I was covered to have tree debris removed and he would have it doneMr*** *** also said it would be doneAs of this date it hasn't been doneCalled
